Erik’s journey began with his pioneering work in the aquaculture sector. He was the visionary behind Norway’s first commercial Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) salmon facility, displaying his innovation and foresight. As chair of the first large Yellowtail RAS farm internationally, Erik further solidified his position as an industry leader. He successfully developed two major RAS projects in the United States, demonstrating his expertise in RAS technology and project management.

Prior to his influential work in aquaculture, Erik held executive positions in the financial services industry, ranging from Vice President (VP) to Senior Vice President (SVP). His experience in this field equipped him with strategic leadership skills and financial acumen.

Furthermore, Erik spent five years as a business consultant at Accenture, where he honed his consulting and business strategy skills, enhancing his ability to drive positive change in organizations.

Erik’s educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications showcasing his expertise in effective communication strategies. He has further expanded his knowledge and qualifications with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Arts (MA) in applied anthropology, highlighting his multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving.
